ABOUT ME
"We all deserve to live a full life."
Embracing life in the Okanagan: I'm a parent, friend, sister, and wife, originally from Africa. I've called the Okanagan home for three decades, and I absolutely love it here. I cherish the warmth and kindness of the people, making this place truly feel like home.
Passion and Purpose in Counselling: Inspired by personal trails, the heart of my work lies in the compassion and purpose. The echoes of losses in my family and friends fuels a commitment to mental health. Each client I serve is a testament to the support that guided me through my own challenges.
Forever a Learner: Life is a classroom, and I'm a forever student. In the pages of books like "The Gift," "Grief Journey," Changing for good," and "The Untethered Soul," I find endless inspiration and wisdom.
Simple Pleasures and Laughter: Joy for me is found in the simplicity of life – playing tennis, hiking, dancing, and relishing plain rice with salt. Laughter with friends is a melody that resonates deeply within my soul.
Gratitude: I cherish every experience, as each has shaped the person I am today. I'm thankful for every path that led me here. While we can't change our past, we wield the power to forge new meaning in our present, drawing from the strength within.
