We require 24 hours when canceling an appointment or the full cost of the session will be charged.
It is important to maintain this policy as that appointment time is not available for other clients and is lost income for the therapist.

All Counselling receipts detail the therapist's full name and registration number, as well as cost and date of services. Submission and reimbursements of cost for the services provided are between the client and insurance provider.
